Resumes for Children 17 Years Old and Under A Guide to giving a child that edge to succeed written by Donna Kristine Manley is a collection of children's sample resumes, cover letters, references, and more. "Helping Parents Boost their child's self-esteem by taking the time to capture their accomplishments,,activities, gifts, talents and interests on paper" .It helps you create a resume and child activity brief with your child as well as giving examples of items to include on resumes and so much more teaching your child the importance of these elements in their life and helping them strive for excellence.
If you have a child or more than one like me this book is a Excellent investment. It is well written and easy to understand the samples resumes are fantastic especially for older kids to do themselves without parents help or younger kids it helps you show them how to display their accomplishments. What I really love about this is how for example my 7 year old can take her love of playing Soccer and other activities and put it on her resume ad look at the positive effects it will show Time management,Dedication and so much more. For my Teens this is great as they are embarking into the real world of jobs and Collage soon to display their accomplishments(Presidential Award, not bragging or anything), activities(Football, Cheer leading,Choir),Volunteering (Animal Shelter),hobbies and other things I would have never thought of them to put on there.
