Step 1 Download and Print Reading and/or Math activity sheets for your child's age.

Step 2  Have your child complete the activities Children can earn up to 2 books for 1 activity Sheet and 5 Books by completing 2 Activity Sheets.

Step 3 Download Redemption Form Mail the Completed form and your child's activity sheets to Schoolastic.
